RETURNS:

Unless noted below, with a receipt, any new, unused item in unopened packaging with original tags can be returned for store credit within 7 days of the sales date.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders require a 50% deposit at time of order. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any special order items will be accepted. Customers have 24 hours from the time a special order is placed to cancel a special order. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be made. Lead times are estimates and based on past experience and predictions from suppliers. However due to factors beyond our control such as backorders, freight delays, adverse weather, or strikes, we do not guarantee lead times. Special orders may not be cancelled nor deposits refunded due to late lead times and/or delivery.

BEDDING: Bedding must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, factory folded, in unopened, original packaging with original tags. Pillows are sold on a final sale basis and cannot be returned.

FURNITURE: No returns, refunds, or exchanges on furniture will be accepted.

HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE: No returns, refunds, or exchanges on holiday items will be accepted.

WEDDING REGISTRY AND WISH LIST: No returns, refunds, or exchanges on wedding registry or wish list items will be accepted.

AS IS, SALE, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS: items in this category are sold on a “final sale” basis. Returns, refunds, or exchanges for “As Is”, “Sale”, or “Clearance” items will not be accepted.
